Who we are
Adaptive Media is an app development and AI agency based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Established in 2016 by Damien King, we build custom mobile apps, web platforms, AI agents and automation for startups, SMEs and enterprise clients. We also provide fractional CTO services, advising clients on technology decisions alongside the software we build.
This page is for SaaS vendors and technology partner programs looking to discuss agency, implementation or referral relationships. Our work brings together custom development and the software clients use to run their businesses. We are interested in conversations about tools that fit those clients’ needs, rather than adding software for its own sake.
How we partner
Implementation and agency partnerships
We recommend and integrate partners’ software into the apps, platforms and automations we build for clients. The starting point is the client brief: what the business needs, which systems are already in place, and where a tool fits into the project. We welcome discussions with vendors about how their software can support that work.
Referral partnerships
We introduce qualified Australian startup and SME clients to tools we use and trust. A referral should connect a client’s requirements with an appropriate product. We are interested in partner programs where those introductions can be made clearly, with an honest recommendation and a useful understanding of the client’s needs.
Consulting
We advise clients on tooling and AI stack choices, including how software fits with their custom applications and automations. This can sit within an app development engagement, AI consulting or fractional CTO services. Our recommendations are guided by the client’s brief and the role each tool would play in their business.
